The Problem
Do You Feel This?
-
You feel lonely even in relationships
-
Your mood depends on someone’s attention
-
You fear being abandoned
-
You overthink messages and responses
-
You feel incomplete without someone
This is not weakness.
This is attachment.
In the Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 2, Verse 62–63), Lord Krishna explains:
Attachment leads to desire.
Desire leads to fear.
Fear leads to suffering.
Most people try to fix loneliness externally.
But the root is internal dependency.
MY JOURNEY
A Life Placed in Solitude
For the past 13 years, life unfolded in deep solitude.
At first, the silence felt heavy.
The mind searched for emotional support.
But through prayer, reflection, discipline, and the guidance of the Gita, something shifted.
Loneliness slowly transformed into peace.
Attachment loosened.
Inner strength grew.
Divine companionship was felt.
This is not personal achievement.
It is grace revealed over time.
Today, what once felt empty feels sacred.
And this journey is now structured for seekers who are ready.

Su Shri Manjushree Sadhavi is a spiritual guide who has been living in Divine solitude for the past 13 years, where, by God’s grace, the experience of loneliness was transformed into a state of inner completeness, stability, and unshakable peace through the direct application of Bhagavad Gita wisdom.
She has been blessed to serve as an instrument in guiding thousands of seekers toward emotional independence, inner strength, and spiritual clarity through the practical teachings of the Gita. By Divine grace, she has also conducted regular Bhagavad Gita sessions for prison inmates for over three years, helping many individuals discover inner healing, dignity, and a new direction in life.
She is the author of books based on the real-life application of the Bhagavad Gita and the founder of ME Holistic Centre. Her guidance emerges not from theory, but from lived spiritual experience, surrender, and direct inner transformation.
Today, she serves as a medium to help sincere seekers move from emotional dependency to inner freedom, from restlessness to peace, and from loneliness to Divine companionship.
Her life stands as a living example that when Bhagavad Gita wisdom is truly lived, inner suffering dissolves and lasting peace becomes natural.
“Her life itself stands as a living example that when one surrenders to Divine wisdom, loneliness transforms into solitude, and solitude transforms into Divine companionship.”
