Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the product.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide refund or replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
After the refund has been initiated by ‘ME Healthy Shoppe’ as per the returns policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
Neft – 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation
Online refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
In case of any refund discrepancies, ‘ME Healthy Shoppe’ may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Refunds are processed only in cases where there has been delivery of genuinely defective items and on no other grounds.
After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been shipped and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back.
