Dive into Meditation: Explore Inner Bliss with Us!


Today marks a special milestone in our journey towards inner peace. For the past 3 years, 3 months and 3 days, we've been gathering every morning, between 4 am and 6 am, to meditate together at Brhmamuhurat. We start the day with positive note.

Our online sessions have become a cozy space for everyone. We've learned plenty from ancient texts like the Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali Yoga Sutras, plus from wise folks like Swamis and Gurus.

Before the sun peeks out, we plunge into meditation. It's when the world is calm, and we can explore our inner selves together. We've had some awesome insights during these sessions, thanks to the wisdom shared by our guides and mentors.

We've also sprinkled in some special moments, like intense 10 days sadhana during Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri and Mahashivratri; and intense night sadhana on Diwali and Holi. These times help us feel connected to something greater than ourselves.

During our latest session, we swapped stories about how meditation has changed our lives. It was heartwarming to hear from both old and new members. It showed us that meditation isn't just about sitting quietly – it's about growing together and finding joy in the journey.
