 In Yajur Ved it’s said: ‘यत् पिण्डे तत् ब्रह्माण्डे’ – means, we are what we eat, what we breathe, what we touch, what we smell, and what we see and hear. In short, whatever we put into us through our senses, that we become. Therefore, it is imperative to choose wisely what we eat, see, hear, smell, and touch.

 

Natural living is not just a lifestyle choice; it is a transformative journey that can significantly elevate our physical, mental, and spiritual energies. By aligning our daily habits with nature, we tap into a holistic way of living that nurtures our entire being.

 

I have been living a natural life as much as possible. Six years ago, I had been to Narmada Parikrama on foot without carrying money and during this time I was first time exposed to taking bath without soap and shampoo as we had to take bath in the holy river Narmada. I experienced a drastic shift in my energies and my life changed. Since then that is since 6 years, I have not taken a single allopathic medicine, nor have I used toothpaste, conventional chemical soaps, shampoos, or makeup. This profound shift has brought about a tremendous positive change in my energies, which inspired me to write this blog and share the principles of natural living.
