In the past, our efforts were focused on empowering women, and we looked up to successful women as sources of inspiration. However, as time has passed, my perspective has shifted. I have come to realize that every woman possesses inherent strength and power. Some may choose to express their strength through a more submissive and accommodating approach, while others may exhibit it through a more assertive and dominant demeanor. It is important to recognize that there is no "right" way to be a woman. Each woman is unique and should be celebrated for who she is, with all of her strengths and imperfections. By embracing the diversity of women and the different ways in which they express their power, we can create a more inclusive and supportive society.
When I first began my career in personal counseling, my primary goal was to provide support and guidance to others, particularly women who were struggling with trauma and suffering. At the time, I believed that my own experiences had been unique and that no one else could understand the challenges I had faced. However, I soon came to realize that this was not the case.
Through my work as a personal counselor, I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible resilience and courage of women from all walks of life. I have seen women overcome incredible challenges, from domestic violence and sexual assault to mental health struggles and addiction. I have also seen women thrive and succeed, building successful careers and relationships, and creating fulfilling lives for themselves and their families.
As we celebrate International Women's Day, let us honor and uplift all women, regardless of their personality or style. Let us acknowledge their strength, resilience, and unique contributions to the world. Together, we can work towards a brighter future where every woman is able to realize her full potential and thrive in all aspects of life.
