After an enriching experience at the sacred confluence of Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, our journey back was just as spiritually uplifting. Each step was divinely orchestrated, leading us to places of immense energy, peace, and profound realizations.
A Sacred Stop at Jabalpur
As we departed from Prayagraj, we felt drawn towards Jabalpur, a place steeped in divine significance. Arriving there, we made our way to the confluence of the Old Narmada, the New Narmada, and the Saraswati River. This sangam, much like the one at Prayagraj, radiated immense spiritual energy. The water currents moving in opposite directions at the same location was a mesmerizing sight, reminding us of the mystical interplay of cosmic forces.
Above this divine confluence, we visited a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, where we performed a havan. The Swamiji there was warm and welcoming. Despite his unconventional ways, such as consuming hukka, his wisdom and hospitality stood out. He even joined us in the havan and offered us sidhavrat (sacred food materials), but we humbly declined. His generosity and presence added to the sanctity of our experience.
Refreshing Stay and Local Delights
For our stay, we found solace at Narmada Galaxy Hotel, where rooms were available at Rs. 1000 for three people, with dormitory options for budget travelers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we took this opportunity to freshen up, wash our clothes, and dry them on the terrace—feeling rejuvenated for the next leg of our journey.
For food, we dined at Aradhana Hotel, located near the Dhuadhar Waterfall. A simple yet fulfilling meal of chapatis, rice, dal, sabji, and papad was available for just Rs. 100. Their aloo paratha, gobi paratha, and curd were particularly delicious. We also bought some local peanut and sesame chikki made with jaggery—a must-try delicacy that made for a perfect take-home treat.
The Divine Encounter at Jamsawali Hanumanji Temple
On our journey, we had the fortune of meeting two professors whom we gave a lift. In divine synchronicity, they told us about Jamsawali Hanumanji Temple, a place of immense spiritual power.
This sacred site housed a unique idol of Hanumanji in a lying posture, from whose navel holy water with curative properties flows. Hundreds of devotees stayed within the temple premises, cooking and engaging in deep devotion. The morning and evening aartis were unlike anything we had witnessed before—women and girls, under the influence of divine energy, danced with open hair, embodying a cosmic force beyond comprehension.
The temple is believed to remove diseases, obstacles, and troubles from one’s life through Hanumanji’s blessings. Unlike many commercialized religious places, this temple retained an aura of purity and authenticity. The kindness of the people was touching—when we enquired about food, a devotee invited us into his home within the temple premises and served us a heartfelt meal without accepting any money. These moments reaffirmed that true devotion transcends material transactions.
The Yagya place within the temple premises allowed us to participate in sacred fire rituals, further deepening our spiritual experience.
Guided to More Sacred Spots
Before leaving, the Swamiji at Jamsawali advised us to visit three more powerful spiritual locations, all within a 3 km radius:
- Ghogra Nityanand Ashram – A peaceful retreat filled with divine vibrations.
- Mohgaon Ardhnareshwar Temple – Dedicated to the unique union of Shiva and Shakti.
- Dhupki Hanumanji Badebhai – Another spiritually charged Hanuman temple.
Visiting these places, we felt an immense connection to the divine energies that had guided our journey from the beginning. Each place had its own power, filling us with deep gratitude and peace.
Returning to Nashik in Divine Flow
With our hearts full of blessings and our spirits elevated, we resumed our return journey and reached Nashik by 8 PM. This journey, from start to finish, was a testament to how surrendering to divine grace and flowing with higher energies leads to effortless, meaningful, and spiritually fulfilling experiences.
When we let go of rigid plans and align ourselves with the cosmic rhythm, miracles unfold at every step. This was not just a journey—it was a divine orchestration, a spiritual homecoming, and a reaffirmation that when we walk with faith, the universe walks with us.
